We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, and in its original packaging).

- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, please contact us at support@gettrapt.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where your package will be picked up. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
